Nebraska High School Baseball - Waverly loses to Elkhorn South

The Elkhorn South Storm baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Waverly Vikings to 3 in the Storm non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Storm (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE). The Huskies go into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Omaha Northwest was overwhelmed by Gretna (Gretna, NE), 13-1, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Waverly falls to 12-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Platteview (Springfield, NE) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, April 28. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 3-4. Platteview 10-10 in their recent non-league test against Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE)
