In Tuesday's league game, the South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) soccer squad tipped the host Crockett County Cavaliers (Alamo, TN), by a final score of 2-1.
The Hornets (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN). The Trojans go into the 2A District 14 game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Dyersburg was nudged by University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN), 8-3, in a non-league game.
The Cavaliers (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Union City (Union City, TN). The Golden Tornadoes go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record.
