The Riverdale Rams softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Bureau Valley Storm to 3 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Riverdale moves its record to 13-3 on the year. The Rams travel to Sherrard (Sherrard, IL) to play the Tigers in a Three Rivers West game on Thursday, April 27. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 10-5. Sherrard won 18-3 in their recent non-league game against Alleman (Rock Island, IL)
In their next game, the Storm play the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL) in a Three Rivers East game, on Thursday, April 27. Bureau Valley will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 5-7 record after their 5-3 league win over Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL).
