The North Penn-Liberty Mountie softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Canton Warriors to 4 in the Mountie non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, North Penn-Liberty moves its record to 11-0 on the year. The Mountie travel to Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 26. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Troy Trojans (Troy, PA) in a Northern Tier - Large game, on Friday, April 28. Canton will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 11-8 non-league loss to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA).
