In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) softball team overwhelmed the host Chaska Hawks (Chaska, MN), by a margin of 22-5.
With the triumph, Minnetonka moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Skippers travel to Wayzata (Plymouth, MN) to play the Trojans in a Lake contest on Wednesday, April 26. The Trojans come into the contest with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Hawks play the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a Metro West contest, on Thursday, April 27. Chaska will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
