McCutcheon Mavericks (Lafayette, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Logansport Berries (Logansport, IN), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Mavericks now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Brownsburg for a Hoosier Crossroads challenge on Friday, April 28. McCutcheon will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Logansport falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Berries host Winamac (Winamac, IN) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 27. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 9-5. Winamac lost 13-12 in their recent league challenge against Pioneer (Royal Center, IN)
