The Neshannock Lancers the visiting Union Area Scotties softball squad by a count of 6-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Lancers (10-0) will now prepare for their battle against Aliquippa (Aliquippa, PA). The Quips go into the WPIAL 2A 1 battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Aliquippa was routed by Shenango (New Castle, PA), 21-0, in a league battle.

The Scotties now sport a 12-2 record.
