The Caesar Rodney Riders crushed the host Sussex Academy Seahawks baseball team by a count of 11-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Riders now possess a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Delaware Military Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 27. Caesar Rodney will face a Seahawks team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 9-1.
Next, the Seahawks face the Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) in a Henlopen South bout, on Tuesday, April 30. Sussex Academy will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 5-6 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE).
