The Rhinebeck Hawks baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Dover Dragons to 2 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Ellenville (Ellenville, NY). The Blue Devils go into the Section 9 Mid Hudson III match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Ellenville was overwhelmed by Millbrook (Millbrook, NY), 14-6, in a non-league match.
The Dragons (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Spackenkill tipped Webutuck (Amenia, NY), 26-1, in a non-league match.
