The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) and the visiting Highlands Ranch Falcons (Highlands Ranch, CO), observed Douglas County's volleyball squad top Highlands Ranch by a final score of 3-1.

Next up, the Huskies battle the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 30. Douglas County will attempt to advance on its 15-7 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 13-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO).

With the loss, Highlands Ranch drops to 4-16 on the campaign.
