Next up, the Surfriders clash with the Waialua Bulldogs (Waialua, HI) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, May 1. Kailua will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 7-4 record after their 25-13 league win over Kapolei (Kapolei, HI).

With the loss, Wai'anae drops to 6-6 on the campaign.
