Next, the Bears face the Invest Collegiate Imagine Kingfishers (Asheville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 1. Summit Charter will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Kingfishers go into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC).
The Jaguars (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Maroon Devils go into the Smoky Mountain 1A battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Swain County nipped Cherokee (Cherokee, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.
