Glacier Peak Grizzlies (Snohomish, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Othello Huskies (Othello, WA), 17-11 in a non-league challenge.

The Grizzlies now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Glacier Peak will battle a Timberwolves squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Othello falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Grandview (Grandview, WA) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 26. The Greyhounds enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Grandview lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Granger (Granger, WA)
