The Gainesville Cardinals lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Unity Reed Lions to 3 in the Cardinals league win on Thursday.
The Cardinals (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 7-5 record. In their last match, Woodson prevailed over Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA), 11-8, in a non-league match.
The Lions (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Patriot (Nokesville, VA). The Pioneers go into the Cedar Run match with a 7-4 record.
