Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians face the Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 30. Sequatchie County will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 7-1 league win over Red Bank (Chattanooga, TN).
The Panthers now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Polk County for a A District 3 challenge on Monday, April 29. Brainerd will face a Wildcats team coming off a 1-0 league win over Tellico Plains (Tellico Plains, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-9.
