Pennsylvania High School Softball - Neshannock bounces Cathedral Prep

April 25, 2024: Erie, PA 16501

Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) and the host Cathedral Prep Ramblers (Erie, PA), witnessed Neshannock's softball squad prevail over Cathedral Prep by a count of 8-0.

The Lancers now sport a 12-0 record. They play next when they host Shenango for a WPIAL 2A 1 match on Friday, April 26. Neshannock will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Laurel (New Castle, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Cathedral Prep moves to 7-5 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Union City (Union City, PA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league test on Monday, April 29. The Bears enter the test with a record of 5-5.
