Victoria Soto Wolves (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Dunbar Mightymen (Chicago, IL), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cristo Rey Jesuit for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1.

With the loss, Dunbar falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Mightymen travel to Phillips (Chicago, IL) to battle the Wildcats in a Chicago Public Blue South challenge on Friday, April 26. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Phillips won 17-4 in their recent league challenge against Hubbard (Chicago, IL)
