The Perkins Pirates softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Firelands Falcons to 10 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Perkins moves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Pirates travel to Sandusky (Sandusky, OH) to play the Blue Streaks in a Sandusky Bay - Lake game on Friday, April 26. The Blue Streaks come into the game with a record of 4-7.

In their next game, the Falcons play the Edison Chargers (Milan, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 26. Firelands will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 7-7 record after their 16-0 league win over Willard (Willard, OH).
