The Uxbridge Spartans baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Bay Path RVT Minutemen to 0 in the Spartans non-league win on Friday.
The Spartans now hold a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Auburn for a South Worcester County - Central test on Monday, April 28. Uxbridge will play a Rockets team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 12-0.
With the defeat, Bay Path RVT drops to 8-3 on the year. The Minutemen host Douglas (Douglas, MA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 2-7. Douglas won 9-7 in their recent league test against Sutton (Sutton, MA)
