The West Allegheny Indians baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Chartiers Valley Colts to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Friday.

The Indians now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mars for a WPIAL 5A 3 test on Monday, April 28. West Allegheny will clash with a Fightin' Planets team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Taylor Allderdice (Pittsburgh, PA). The Fightin' Planets record now stands at 7-8.

With the defeat, Chartiers Valley drops to 5-9 on the year. The Colts host Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA) to clash with the Black Hawks in a WPIAL 5A 2 test on Monday, April 28. The Black Hawks go into the test with a record of 12-4. Bethel Park won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Beaver (Beaver, PA)
