Indiana High School Baseball - Munster holds off Chesterton

The Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN) baseball the host Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN), 11-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stagg for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. Munster will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 2-17.

With the defeat, Chesterton drops to 7-4 on the year. The Trojans host Hammond Morton (Hammond, IN) to clash with the Governors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. The Governors go into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Hammond Morton won 21-3 in their recent league challenge against Gary West Side (Gary, IN)
