The Dakota Indians baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Dundee-Crown Chargers to 3 in the Indians non-league win on Friday.

The Indians now hold a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they host Pearl City for a test on Monday, April 28. Dakota will play a Wolves team coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 9-7.

With the defeat, Dundee-Crown drops to 10-9 on the year. The Chargers host Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to play the Golden Eagles in a Fox Valley - Valley test on Monday, April 28. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 6-10. Jacobs lost 13-4 in their recent league test against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL)
