The Mascoma Royals (Canaan, NH) baseball trounced the visiting Inter-Lakes Lakers (Meredith, NH), 16-5 in Friday's league challenge.
The Royals now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hopkinton for a Division III challenge on Monday, April 28.
With the defeat, Inter-Lakes drops to 0-8 on the year. The Lakers travel to Berlin (Berlin, NH) to clash with the Mountaineers in a Division III challenge on Monday, May 5. The Mountaineers go into the challenge with a record of 0-4.
