The Itasca Wampus Cats baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Milford Bulldogs to 5 in the Wampus Cats non-league win on Friday.

The Wampus Cats now hold a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Venus for a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. Itasca will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Alvarado (Alvarado, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-14.

With the defeat, Milford drops to 7-9 on the year.
