Connecticut High School Baseball - Platt wallops Middletown

In Friday's league game, the visiting Platt Panthers baseball team scored a nice 12-1 win over the Middletown Blue Dragons.

The Panthers (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Maloney (Meriden, CT). The Spartans go into the Central Connecticut - South game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Maloney was overwhelmed by Newington (Newington, CT), 8-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Blue Dragons play the Enfield Eagles (Enfield, CT) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 28. Middletown will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-5 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to RHAM (Hebron, CT).
