Indiana High School Baseball - Perry Central edged by Mitchell

Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN), 3-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Mitchell moves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Bluejackets travel to Seymour (Seymour, IN) to battle the Owls in a non-league match on Monday, April 28. The Owls come into the match with a record of 8-2. Seymour won 11-0 in their recent non-league match against Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN)

The Commodores now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host McLean County for a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. Perry Central will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Webster County (Dixon, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 10-4.
