West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Morgantown overwhelms George Washington

The Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV) lacrosse routed the host George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV), 13-6 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Mohigans now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeling Central Catholic for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 29. Morgantown will face a Maroon Knights squad coming off a 11-7 non-league loss to Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA). The Maroon Knights record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, George Washington falls to 6-4 on the year. The Patriots travel to Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV) to face the Maroon Knights in a WVSLA -DI West match on Friday, May 2. The Maroon Knights come into the match with a record of 4-6.
