With the victory, Hoover improves its record to 10-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to St. Edward (Lakewood, OH) to play the Eagles in a Region 2 game on Wednesday, April 30. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 4-7. St. Edward lost 13-4 in their recent league game against St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH)

The Warriors now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canton Central Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Walsh Jesuit will play a Crusaders team coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-1.
