Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA), 6-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Denison-Schleswig advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Harlan (Harlan, IA) to confront the Cyclones in a Hawkeye 10 battle on Monday, April 28. The Cyclones enter the battle with a record of 5-4. Harlan lost 5-0 in their recent non-league battle against Western Christian (Hull, IA)

Next up, the Trojans confront the St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 28. Tri-Center will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA).
