The Houston Hawks soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Hutchison Hawks to 1 in the Hawks non-league victory on Friday.
The Hawks now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Grace Christian for a Northern Lights bout on Tuesday, April 29. Houston will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Homer (Homer, AK). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Hutchison moves to 0-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to North Pole (North Pole, AK) to play the Patriots in a Mid Alaska bout on Thursday, May 1. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
