Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Waverly Central Tigers (Waverly, TN) and the visiting Whites Creek Cobras (Whites Creek, TN), saw Waverly Central's soccer squad hold off Whites Creek by a count of 4-3.
The Tigers (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, TN). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Huntingdon tipped South Fulton (South Fulton, TN), 3-0, in a league battle.
