Washington, DC High School Softball - California School for the Deaf-Riverside bounces Model Secondary School for the Deaf

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs softball team scored a nice 15-5 victory over the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles.
The Cubs (8-14) will now prepare for their match against Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX). The Rangers go into the non-league match with a 2-12 record. In their last match, Texas School for the Deaf gained a win over Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC), 18-6, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 26. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Deaf Hoosiers go into the match with a 1-3 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Eminence (Eminence, IN).
