In Friday's non-league match, the host Sitka Wolves softball team scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Delta Huskies.
The Wolves (11-10) will now prepare for their match against Ketchikan (Ketchikan, AK). The Kings go into the non-league match with a 8-11 record. In their last match, Ketchikan Soldotna (Soldotna, AK), 6-6, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the Hutchison Hawks (Fairbanks, AK) in a Mid Alaska match, on Saturday, May 3. Delta will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks go into the match with a 1-2 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Colony (Palmer, AK).
