In Friday's non-league test, the Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Carroll Thunder (Savanna, IL), by a tally of 19-4.
Next, the Hawks clash with the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 28. Oregon will attempt to advance on its 15-4 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 2-19 record after their 13-1 league loss to Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL).
The Thunder (5-16) will now prepare for their test against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL). The Warriors go into the NUIC West test with a 8-6 record.
