Ohio High School Baseball - Manchester defeats Coventry

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Manchester Panthers baseball team scored a close 6-1 win over the Coventry Comets.

The Panthers (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Canton South (Canton, OH). The Wildcats go into the Principals game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Canton South nudged Minerva (Minerva, OH), 2-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Comets play the Field Falcons (Mogadore, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 27. Coventry will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Falcons go into the game with a 9-2 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Woodridge (Peninsula, OH).
