The Start Spartans baseball squad (Toledo, OH), 12-10 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Whitmer Panthers (Toledo, OH)

With the triumph, Whitmer moves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Panthers host Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH) to confront the Generals in a Northern Lakes- Buckeye contest on Monday, April 27. The Generals come into the contest with a record of 9-5. Anthony Wayne won 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH)

The Spartans now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodward for a Toledo City contest on Monday, April 27. Start will confront a Polar Bears squad coming off a 23-9 league loss to Rogers (Toledo, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 0-4.
