Washington High School Softball - Sehome knocked off by Anacortes

The Anacortes Seahawks overwhelmed the host Sehome Mariners softball squad by a count of 17-4 in Saturday's league challenge.

Next, the Seahawks meet the Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Tuesday, April 28. Anacortes will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.

The Mariners (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA). The Lyncs go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Lynden Christian toppled Royal (Royal City, WA), 4-1, in a non-league challenge.
