The Churchill Bulldogs baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Wheaton Knights to 11 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (13-0) will now prepare for their match against Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 6-8 record. In their last match, Quince Orchard was edged by Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD), 9-4, in a non-league match.
The Knights (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Gaithersburg edged Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD), 31-0, in a non-league match.
