The Greenville Comets baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Vandalia Vandals to 3 in the Comets league victory on Tuesday.
The Comets (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL). The Cavaliers go into the South Central match with a 7-5 record.
The Vandals (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Brownstown (Brownstown, IL). The Bombers go into the non-league match with a 8-5 record. In their last match, Brownstown edged Cumberland (Toledo, IL), 18-3, in a non-league match.
