The McDonough Rams baseball team (Pomfret, MD), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Northern Patriots (Owings, MD)
The Patriots now hold a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lackey for a Southern Maryland outing on Wednesday, April 27. Northern will confront a Chargers team coming off a 7-5 league win over Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-6.
Next, the Rams confront the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland outing, on Wednesday, April 27. McDonough will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 1-12 record after their 14-3 league loss to McDonough (Pomfret, MD).
