In Tuesday's league contest, the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) lacrosse squad nipped the visiting Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH), by a count of 9-8.
Coming up next, the Hilltoppers confront the Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 28. Chardon will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Lancers enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 16-7 league loss to Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH).
The Beavers now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin for a non-league contest on Monday, May 2.
