The New Fairfield Rebels lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the visiting Pomperaug Panthers to 6 in the Rebels league win on Tuesday.
The Rebels (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Nighthawks go into the South West match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Newtown nudged Brookfield (Brookfield, CT), 14-5, in a league match.
The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Joel Barlow (Redding, CT). The Falcons go into the South West match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Joel Barlow was overwhelmed by Weston (Weston, CT), 5-4, in a league match.
