The Cannon Cougars triumphed over the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats lacrosse team by a score of 17-8 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Cannon upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Hawks in a NCISAA - Division I outing on Thursday, April 28. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 2-12. Charlotte Latin lost 9-8 in their recent league outing against Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC)
With the defeat, Lake Norman drops to 10-9 on the season.
