The New Albany Eagles lacrosse team scored 13 points and limited the visiting Westerville Central Warhawks to 4 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Centerville (Centerville, OH). The Elks enter the Region 3 game with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Centerville defeated Fairmont (Kettering, OH), 13-2, in a league match.
With the defeat, Westerville Central drops to 4-8 on the season. The Warhawks host Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH) to play the Pioneers in a non-league match on Thursday, April 28. The Pioneers go into the match with a record of 10-3. Olentangy Orange won 12-10 in their recent non-league match against Hilliard Davidson (Hilliard, OH)
