Forest Park Rangers (Ferdinand, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Rangers now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Crawford County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. Forest Park will battle a Wolfpack squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to New Albany (New Albany, IN). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Wood Memorial falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Shoals (Shoals, IN) to battle the Jug Rox in a Blue Chip challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Jug Rox enter the challenge with a record of 0-7. Shoals lost 13-3 in their recent league challenge against North Knox (Bicknell, IN)
