The Simon Kenton Pioneers softball team (Independence, KY), was tipped 3-2 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Grant County Braves (Dry Ridge, KY)

Coming up next, the Braves encounter the Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY) in a District 32 challenge, on Friday, April 29. Grant County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.

With the loss, Simon Kenton falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 27.
