The Abbott RVT Wolverines baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Platt RVT Panthers to 3 in the Wolverines league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolverines (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT). The Tigers go into the Connecticut Technical - West match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Bullard-Havens gained a win over Bassick (Bridgeport, CT), 18-0, in a non-league match.
The Panthers (4-6) will now prepare for their match against O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT). The Condors go into the Connecticut Technical - West match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, O'Brien RVT gained a win over Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT), 2-0, in a league match.
