Florida High School Baseball - Buchholz prevails Mandarin

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL) and the host Mandarin Mustangs (Jacksonville, FL), saw Buchholz's baseball squad knock off Mandarin by a count of 11-2.

Coming up next, the Bobcats play the Oakleaf Knights (Orange Park, FL) in a 6A District 3 battle, on Thursday, April 27. Buchholz will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 18-5 record after their 4-1 league win over Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL).

The Mustangs now possess a 13-10 record. They take the field next when they host Ponte Vedra for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 27. Mandarin will encounter a Sharks squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 13-11.
