In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Ludlow Lions baseball team scored a tight 14-10 victory over the Chicopee Comp Colts.
The Lions (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Monson (Monson, MA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Monson was overwhelmed by Pathfinder RVT (Palmer, MA), 10-6, in a non-league game.
The Colts (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Chicopee (Chicopee, MA). The Pacers go into the Valley Wheel game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Chicopee was overwhelmed by Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA), 8-0, in a non-league game.
