The Kettle Run Cougars lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the visiting Fauquier Falcons to 2 in the Cougars league win on Wednesday.
The Cougars (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 11-0 record. In their last game, Culpeper County prevailed over James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA), 25-11, in a league game.
The Falcons (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Mustangs go into the Northwestern game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Meridian prevailed over Langley (McLean, VA), 14-13, in a non-league game.
